We have taken great care to ensure our bedrooms are very special. They are all different but are exceptionally well equipped and a lot of thought has gone into the layout. Many of them have antique furniture and special art displays, great views and carefully chosen lighting. All of them except one (Manol) have ensuite bath/ shower and WC. Two of the rooms are located outside the main house in the beautiful Garden House with stunning views across the garden. We often find the Garden House is a favourite for families and younger children. We have several travel cots that can be added to most of the rooms for babies and very young children who need to share a room with parents. All rooms have remote controlled air conditioning although sometimes this is not needed as we have a number of fans and windows can be opened to create a wonderful breeze and most of the windows have mosquito nets. All rooms have good WiFi connectivity. Hair dryers are provided in all rooms.
Tramuntana
This our extensive master bedroom which occupies the whole of the top floor (over 120 square metres) and boasts a huge double bed, sofa/ sitting area, fridge, TV, desk, separate dressing room, jacuzzi bath and shower. There air conditioning units in both the bedroom and dressing room. However opening the windows on both sides of the bedroom creates a fantastic breeze particularly when the Tramontana wind blows which means AC is usually not necessary. Panoramic views towards the lake, the river, pool and terrace.

This is the larger of the two rooms in the Garden House which is 20 metres from the main house accessed via a beautiful pebbled path under a covered walkway adorned with cacti, vines and wisteria. The room has a large double room and also includes 2 fold down bunks which can be useful if younger children are staying. The room has its own en suite shower and WC and private terrace next to our lemon tree. Air conditioning. Extensive wardrobe and storage. Views towards the river with an abundance of poplar trees.

This is free standing, ground floor apartment with a double bedroom, kitchen, dining area, lunge and bathroom with WC. It was fully refurbished in 2023. We are now able to include The Cottage for a supplemental change that we are be happy to discuss with you when booking. TV, AC, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob. The Cottage can be useful for guests with some mobility constraints as it is at ground level but it is not suitable for wheelchair access. Some guests have sometimes used the cottage for nannies and domestic staff or sometimes for members of a group who like the option of being able to enjoy extra “self contained” privacy.
