Our approach to Pricing

For 2024 for the High Season (July and August) the price per week for the entire house starts from €11,900. We believe this is a very competitive price given the extremely high level of the property and the fact that if you base this on 18 guests it equates to only €112 per person per night. Prices quoted include IVA unless otherwise stated.

We require a down payment of 50% on reservation and the balance is due not less than 60 days before the start of the holiday. A security deposit of €1,500 is also due at this time. You may also want to include an allowance that can be applied for any additional services you choose to order.

The exact price depends on whether it is High, Low or Mid Season, the number of guests and number of nights. The table below summarises the prices:
 

The above prices are based on a group of 12 people. To the extent there are additional guests, the price increases by €50 per person per night.
All prices include IVA but exclude Catalan tourist tax (€1.10 per night for each person 16 or over).
Prices quoted above include a cleaning charge of €300 per booking.
Prices are inclusive of daily housekeeping although the number of hours included depends on the type of booking
Additional services such as massage, private chef, shopping, paella days, wine tasting, equestrian experiences, yoga and boat tours can also be booked at the prices listed on our website
50% of the accommodation charge is due at the time of reservation with the balance being payable 60 days before the start of the holiday.
A refundable security deposit (to cover any damage) may be required before arrival.

Additional Services

The hire of the Masia with the standard level of cleaning, entry level catering and some housekeeping is more than enough for many guests. However we find some guests request additional services and we are always delighted to try to accommodate these provided we have some prior notice). Here is a non-exhaustive list of some of the additional services we may be able to offer. The exact pricing will depend on numbers of guest, availability and timing of requests:

Tips

The goodwill, care and enthusiasm of the house team is key to everyone’s enjoyment of the house. They appreciate your acknowledgement of their work through your friendly respect and the financial reward of tips. 

We want everyone, front of house and behind the scenes, to be rewarded, so please don’t leave tips in your room but leave them in the tip box located in the kitchen. Rest assured 100% of the tips will go to the team! A suggested amount is 30 -50 euros per room per week depending on the level of service you have chosen.
